Participation in Sofia Numismatic School requires NO TAXES or FEES.
The Organising Team will provide all approved applicants with free access to the venue of the lectures; all coffee breaks, lunch and dinners; transport during the study trip to Pistiros and all partner institutions and relevant archaeological sites in Sofia.
The travel to Sofia and the accommodation in the city will be at the expense of the participants.
In order to support the stay at Sofia the Organising Team has already negotiated the needed number of rooms at Hotel St. George Sofia (St. George Sofia) so that all participants are guaranteed location and clearly predictable price at the tested location.
All participants that need accommodation and would like to stay at the recommended venue need to send to the Organising Team their dates of arrival and departure and the preferred type of room.
