Atanas Georgiev is a Chief Specialist in Planning and Information Technologies at the Information Services Laboratory at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, Sofia University. He has solid experience in digital repositories and services, learning automation systems, open software development platforms and services, semantically based knowledge systems. He has participated in more than 10 EC RTD research and development projects. There are more than 20 publications.
