Ivan Valchev is a Senior Assistant Professor in the Department of Archaeology at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski ”. His scientific interests are in the field of ancient religion and specifically the religion in the Roman provinces of Lower Moesia and Thrace in the 1st – 4th century.
